Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for project, professional, and SaaS services governed by ByteCraft's Terms of Service.
Project and professional services
Fees for work that has been completed and delivered are non-refundable.
Where an engagement is cancelled before delivery, completed milestones remain payable and any remaining scope is handled per the signed engagement agreement.
SaaS subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Partial billing periods are not refunded, and cancellation does not refund periods already elapsed.
How to request cancellation
Email your cancellation request to enquiries@bytecraftsolutions.org. We expect to respond within 2 business days.
