2. Information processed

Website request records

When a visitor requests a page or asset, the hosting provider processes ordinary request information. These records may include the visitor's IP address, the requested page or asset, and the request date and time.

These records arise from delivery of the website and may be used to maintain security, investigate errors or abuse, and provide server-side traffic and operational information.

Website performance measurements

Netlify Real User Monitoring (RUM) runs in visitors' browsers on production pages through a JavaScript file that Netlify injects into the page. The current RUM script measures Web Vitals and navigation performance, including Largest Contentful Paint, First Input Delay, Interaction to Next Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift, First Contentful Paint, time to first byte, and page-load timings.

The current script sends Netlify the measurement name, value, and rating; navigation timings; a timestamp; the page hostname and path; browser, operating-system, and device categories; available screen dimensions; and Netlify site and deploy context. Netlify aggregates this information so ByteCraft can assess site performance. Netlify may receive the visitor's IP address as part of that network request. ByteCraft does not use RUM for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Email correspondence

The website has no contact form. Its contact links open the visitor's own email application. If a visitor chooses to email ByteCraft, ordinary email systems process the sender's email address, the message and subject, any attachments, and related email metadata. The responsible controller uses that correspondence to respond to the enquiry and, where relevant, manage the resulting business relationship.

3. Hosting and processing location

Netlify is the website hosting provider and data processor. Netlify processes website request records in the United States on ByteCraft's behalf and provides the Real User Monitoring service described above.

Netlify Web Analytics derives server-side traffic statistics from its content-delivery request records. Netlify Observability makes up to 24 hours of request-derived operational information available under the current Free plan. No log drain sends these records to an external monitoring destination.

4. Cookies, forms, and client-side monitoring

This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage. It has no forms, advertising, behavioural-profiling system, tag manager, or marketing pixel. Netlify RUM is its only client-side performance-monitoring service.

The site's fonts, styles, images, and ByteCraft-authored scripts are hosted on this website. Netlify injects the RUM script into production pages and currently delivers it through bytecraftsolutions.org.

5. Outbound links

The website links to IDLink, TetherTracker, Elite Legacy, Avalon Digital Studio, and Apollo Works. Those destinations operate under their own privacy policies and data practices. This Privacy Policy does not cover information processed after a visitor follows an outbound link.

6. Privacy enquiries

Questions or requests concerning personal data may be sent to enquiries@bytecraftsolutions.org. Please identify the relevant service or engagement so the enquiry can be directed to the appropriate controller. Further entity details appear on the Contact page.
